About TTSP Program
Toronto Tenant Support Program (TTSP) is funded by the City of Toronto. It builds on and leverages off the existing information and referral system, and significant client reach of CICS. As a leading immigrant settlement organization for over 50 years, CICS has established a team of over 30 Certified Information and Referral Specialist (CIRS) speaking over 20 languages who will apply short-term case management model to provide culturally and linguistically appropriate information services to expand tenants’ knowledge of their rights and responsibilities, connect tenants with services and resources for disputing matters, and raise awareness in general public, via various channels such as website, social media, phone, email, live chat and workshops.
