TTSP (Toronto Tenant Support Program)
Funded by the City of Toronto, Toronto Tenant Support Program (TTSP) have three main service areas
Increase tenants’ knowledge and awareness in private market, especially those in equity-deserving groups and vulnerable populations, to understand their rights and responsibilities through a variety of communication strategies and information services.
Collaborate with community agencies, City committees and working groups to make timely, appropriate and suitable referrals and connections to decrease levels of risk of becoming homeless, dependency on shelters and health sector.
Deliver multilingual, cost effective, barrier-free, responsive and coordinated information services on private market rental housing that all tenants can access.
